Meditation, Muse and Movement Workshop
NEW SERIES BEGINS: Wednesday, May 29th, 9:30-10:30am - 4 WEEKS
Learn mindfulness meditation strategies, breath work to support relaxation, movement to bring awareness between the brain and body and try new technology with Muse Headbands to get real time feedback on your progress. This innovative new class is great for beginners wanting to learn more about how to meditate and those more experienced meditators looking for a small group to encourage their practice and add a different dynamic to their sitting experience. Meditation cushions and yoga mats will be supplied but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer. As well we can provide chairs if preferred over a cushion.
