Based on Dr. Stephen Porges Polyvagal Theory exercises to release tension in the nervous system along with DNS (Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization) exercises and mindful movements to improve stability and posture you will boost your brain’s connection with your body. Improving the brain’s capacity to feel where your body is in space, improves how you walk, sit and stand to protect against falls and generate new neural connections.
