Osteopathy is a manual form of therapy based on interrelationships between structure and function of the entire body. It emphasizes the body’s ability to self-heal and self-regulate. A combination of these services provides a holistic assessment of any imbalances, realignment of structures, and technical guidance with exercises.

How does osteopathy benefit you?

Kate has been practicing osteopathy since 2013 when she graduated from the Canadian College of Osteopathy's six-year program. She combines a powerful healing approach with Dynamic Neuro Stabilization (DNS) to help patients fully recover from acute and/or chronic issues.
