Brain Changing Workout
Every Thursday, 9:30-10:30am
Based on Dr. Stephen Porges’ Polyvagal Theory exercises to release tension in the nervous system along with DNS (Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization) exercises and mindful movements to improve stability and posture, the Brain Changing Workout will improve the way you move, think and experience tension. You will boost the brain’s connection with your body, generate new neural connections, improve mobility and spatial awareness, and help protect against falls. Novelty is known to improve learning and memory so why not try something new today!

A fusion of movement and meditation to re-fuel your energy, elevate your focus and re-set your calm. Guided class to recharge your day. Meditation cushions and yoga mats will be supplied but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer. Chairs are also available if preferred.
EARLY RISER MEDITATION
Every Thursday 7:30-8:15am
Where stillness meets subtle movements to deepen your practice and set yourself up for success. Dive into your subconscious space with binaural beats, minimal guidance to encourage connecting with body and mind. Meditation cushions and yoga mats will be supplied but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer. Chairs are also available if preferred.
