Mary Ganzon RCST, PMA
Biodynamic Craniosacral therapy
Mary has developed expertise in both stillness and movement to help align the body and allow it to move through healing.
You may wonder how stillness and movement–diametrically opposed states–can benefit each other; yet, together they are the very essence of how the body heals. Deeply relaxing moments of stillness create space in our body to unravel, heal, and regenerate areas of pain, injury, and tension. Once this process begins, we need to rewire our nervous system to create new pathways in order to find pain-free movements. There is a whole new world of movement outside the gym that will revive and excite your senses.
