Karyn Rowe – Registered Massage Therapist & Reflexology Healthcare Practitioner
Karyn’s interest in massage therapy began while working with a rehabilitation program in her hometown of St.John’s , Newfoundland in 1991. She witnessed the positive impact massage therapy had on the long-term health of the clients inspiring her to pursue a career in the field. Karyn has continued to grow in her post-graduate education. She has obtained certificates in Neuromuscular Integration and Structural Alignment (NISA), aromatherapy and ayurvedic massage. In 2004, she attended the Footsteps School of Reflexology and is now a certified reflexology healthcare practitioner. Other areas of knowledge include repetitive stress injuries and rehabilitation, pregnancy massage, fibromyalgia and arthritis care.
Karyn’s love of helping people and her dedication to the profession has proven to be a rewarding experience and she will continue to provide her clients with the best in massage therapy care and its related fields.
Services Available
Therapeutic Swedish Massage: 30, 60 &90 minute treatments
Initial treatment will be booked for one hour to discuss any health concerns and ensure the appropriate assessment is performed.
Reflexology: 60 minute treatment
Starts with a relaxing foot soak prior to the treatment with a full consultation to discuss any health concerns. Reflexology can help alleviate headaches, reduce arthritic and back pain, improve circulation and reduce muscle tension.
Warm Face & Scalp Relaxation Treatment: 45 minunte treatment
Warm essential oils of your choice are applied to the face, scalp and neck using a combination of Swedish, ayurvedic and pressure point techniques. This treatment is excellent for relieving tension, improving circulation & eliminating toxins.

Tuesday through Saturday, by appointment only.
Please note all treatments require 24 hours notice of cancellation or a 50% charge of the service will be applied.
