Life now travels at warp speed, and too often we forget what it feels like to be calm and relaxed. In fact, research is suggesting the very internal wiring we need to relax, restore, and think clearly is being hampered by our fast-paced lives and overuse of technology. Watching and listening to clients describe their constant stresses, shortage of time, and chronic state of exhaustion, Jo Ann decided to create a new approach to care. If we change our traditional medical model to treat more than symptoms, opening up to a collaborative approach with a foundation in research and education, we can produce highly effective results which help the whole person. Jo Ann believes we need to engage the client in the healing process, combining traditional hands-on treatments with current technology, and measuring change. The end result? Reduce stress, live better!
