Mary Ganzon RCST, PMA

There’s something about Mary that is very special. She has developed expertise in both stillness and movement to help align the body and allow it to move through healing.

Stillness and movement. You may wonder how these diametrically opposed states can benefit each other, yet together they are the very essence of how the body heals. Deeply relaxing moments of stillness create the space in our body to unravel, heal, and regenerate areas of pain, injury, and tension. Once this process begins we need to re-wire our nervous system to create new pathways in order to find pain-free movements. There is a whole new world of movement outside your gym that will revive and excite your senses.
